One of our favorite ways to celebrate blackberry season. This slow-risen focaccia is baked with fresh blackberries, creamy goat cheese, fragrant thyme, flaky sea salt, and extra virgin olive oil, then finished with a drizzle of local wildflower honey just before serving. The result is a beautifully balanced loaf with a crisp golden crust, an airy interior, and layers of sweet, savory, and tangy flavor in every bite.
